1. Acceptance
By using this website, purchasing an itinerary, submitting a custom-trip brief or accepting a written proposal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase the relevant service.
2. Products and services
2.1 Ready-made itineraries
Ready-made itineraries are digital planning products delivered through the website in the format described on the product page. They provide researched routes, pacing and recommendations. They do not include the price of flights, accommodation, transport, visas, insurance, attraction tickets or other third-party travel services unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
2.2 Custom itineraries
A custom itinerary is prepared after an introductory conversation and a written scope, fee and estimated delivery schedule. Work begins after you accept the proposal and pay the amount stated. You are responsible for giving complete, accurate and timely information and for reviewing the itinerary promptly.
3. Our role and third-party travel services
We provide travel research, planning and itinerary-design services. Unless a signed proposal expressly says otherwise, we do not sell third-party flights, accommodation, transport, insurance, visas or tours as principal. We may research availability or help coordinate a request at your instruction, but the traveller’s booking and contract remain with the relevant provider and are governed by that provider’s prices, availability, terms, cancellation rules and liability.
4. Recommendations
Recommendations reflect our research, experience and professional judgement at the time they are prepared. Availability, opening hours, prices, entry rules and local conditions can change. Any paid, sponsored or commission-based relationship affecting a recommendation will be disclosed; otherwise a recommendation should not be read as a guarantee by the provider or by us.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Check passports, visas, permits, vaccination or health requirements and official travel advisories.
- Confirm all third-party bookings, dates, names, prices, accessibility requirements and cancellation terms before paying.
- Obtain suitable travel and medical insurance.
- Exercise personal judgement and follow local laws, safety instructions and provider guidance.
- Tell us promptly about material changes to dates, group composition, budget, mobility, allergies or other requirements.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are those shown on the website or in your written custom proposal. The checkout or proposal will state the applicable tax treatment. Payments are processed through the payment method made available at checkout; we do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. A custom proposal may specify instalments, expiry dates or additional charges for work outside scope.
7. Delivery and access
Ready-made itineraries are normally made available after successful payment. Custom delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and on timely receipt of your information and feedback. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and downloaded files secure. Contact us promptly if payment succeeds but access is not provided.
8. Cancellations, refunds and revisions
Ready-made digital itineraries are generally non-cancellable after access or download, except for duplicate charges, non-delivery, an unresolved technical defect or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For custom work, cancellation before delivery may be refunded less a reasonable, documented charge for work already completed and committed costs. After final delivery, fees are not refundable; one reasonable revision within the agreed scope may be requested within 14 days unless the proposal states different terms. The Refund & Cancellation Policy contains further detail and forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property and licence
All website content and itinerary materials are owned by or licensed to ForthFocus Group. A purchase gives the named purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal travel planning. You may download and print a reasonable number of copies for your own travelling party. You must not resell, publish, upload, distribute, share publicly, remove notices from, scrape, train a model on or create a competing commercial product from our materials without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, use automated extraction without permission, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully.
11. Changes and force majeure
We may correct errors, update website information and make reasonable service changes. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disruption, transport interruption, government action, serious illness or widespread technology failure. We will communicate and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent travel providers, changes in local conditions or a traveller’s decision not to verify time-sensitive information. Our aggregate liability arising from the affected product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service, except where a higher liability is required by law.
13. Grievance redressal
Send complaints to hello@keerthinavigators.com with the subject “Grievance”, addressed to the Grievance Officer, ForthFocus Group. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights and the jurisdiction of competent consumer commissions, courts at Kundapura, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The version accepted at the time of a confirmed custom proposal continues to govern that engagement unless both parties agree otherwise.
